These terms cover your use of Class Date at getclassdate.com ("Class Date," "we," "us"). By buying a pass or using the service, you agree to them.
What Class Date is
Class Date is independent interview practice software for pilots. It uses artificial intelligence to ask practice questions and give feedback on your answers. Class Date is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline, operator, or hiring organization. We do not know any company's private interview questions or hiring decisions.
No guarantee of results
Practice helps, but we can't promise you'll be hired, pass an interview, or get any particular result. Hiring decisions are made by employers.
AI feedback can be wrong
Feedback, scores and example answers are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, especially on technical topics. Class Date is a study aid, not a source of regulatory, legal, medical or operational guidance. Always verify technical information against current regulations (14 CFR), the AIM, FAA handbooks, and your operator's manuals. Never use Class Date for flight operations.
Your pass
- A pass gives one person access for 12 months from purchase. Buying again adds 12 months.
- Passes do not renew automatically. You will never be charged again unless you buy again.
- Accounts are for one person. Don't share your sign-in.
- Use is unlimited for normal personal practice. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, we apply a generous daily limit, and we may suspend accounts that use automated tools, resell access, or try to abuse the service.
Refunds
If Class Date isn't helping, email hello@getclassdate.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Your content
Your answers, notes and stories belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, including sending them to our AI provider to generate feedback. Only submit stories you have the right to share, and don't include other people's private information.
Acceptable use
Don't use Class Date to break the law, to harass anyone, to try to break or overload the service, or to copy our questions or content for another product.
Changes and availability
We may update the service and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above. We work to keep Class Date available but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Class Date is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
